Natural Air

We don’t need much convincing to understand that breathing clean air is important. It’s intuitive. However, we don’t spend much time considering the quality of air in our homes. It’s down near the bottom of the to-do list for the day.

German researchers studied the affects of cleaner air in schools and the finings are eye-opening. For example, they discovered that improving air quality improved academic performance by as much as 15%, increased speed and offered higher levels of attention and concentration.

Those same benefits can be realized by in our homes, where we spend much of our day. That’s why we focus so much design effort on natural and mechanical ventilation - it can significantly improve the health and wellbeing-being of a house’s occupants.
